On October 6, Prestige’s core leaders from the Closter, Bayside, and Palisades Park campuses, along with the HQ teams from Accounting, Consulting, Marketing, and HR, gathered for the 2025 Fall Leadership Forum — a time to reflect, share, and dream together.
The forum centered around Prestige’s Vision and Mission, exploring how each department can continue to build a stronger and more connected learning community.
Through collaborative projects and discussions, leaders presented two creative topics —
🎨 Core Value Collage Project, where teams visually expressed Prestige’s identity and growth journey,
and 🤖 AI & Teacher, a forward-looking presentation that explored the evolving role of educators in the age of AI.
It wasn’t just about presentations — it was a time filled with laughter, teamwork, and honest reflection. Seeing everyone’s passion reminded us why Prestige continues to move forward: because of the people who believe in change and choose to make it happen together.
